We employ a team of licensed security officers, law enforcement, and military trained personnel who provide an extraordinary level of security, protection, and professionalism. BSecure’s workforce include former United States, Israeli and other secret service agents, special security forces of the Middle East, official agency operatives, protective service agents, prestigious dignitary protection instructors, law enforcement entities, and security & intelligence agents.
Ronen Shlomo
CEO and COO
BSecure is led by Ronen Shlomo, who serves as both Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this dual role, Ronen oversees the company’s overall strategic planning and daily operations, ensuring that all activities align with BSecure’s mission and high standards. He is directly responsible for managing departments, supervising service delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships. Ronen plays a hands-on role in assuring customer satisfaction, continually refining processes to meet the evolving needs of our clients and upholding the company’s commitment to excellence.
Ronen began his 26-year career in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) Special Forces, where he specialized in counter-terrorism operations within hostile environments. As a member of one of the elite IDF units, he gained superior defense and tactical experience, which continues to inform his leadership style and strategic decisions at BSecure. His extensive background in high-risk security operations is the foundation of the company’s uncompromising approach to safety, professionalism, and mission readiness.
Oana Rosu
Vice President of Operations
and HR
Oana Rosu serves as the Vice President of Business Operations and HR at BSecure and reports directly to the CEO. She oversees the full spectrum of internal office operations, ensuring efficiency and cohesion across all departments. Her responsibilities include managing client relations, human resources functions, recruitment and termination processes, payroll administration, event coordination, as well as drafting contracts and writing proposals for prospective and existing clients. Oana plays a critical role in maintaining organizational structure and operational excellence, supporting both staff and clients with professionalism and precision.
Oana’s education includes Business Management and Administration, and she has several specializations and certifications from the Management and Strategy Institute including Six Sigma Lean, Change Management, and others.
Nezar Kendrick
Director of Operations
Nezar Kendrick serves as BSecure’s Director of Operations and reports directly to the CEO/COO as well as the VP of Operations and HR. Nezar plays a pivotal role in day-to-day operational management and serves as the primary point of contact for facility and institution clients. His responsibilities include officer scheduling, developing site-specific protocols, conducting briefings and training sessions, and ensuring all assigned personnel meet the highest standards of professionalism and preparedness. Nezar is also dedicated to maintaining strong communication with the client and ensuring consistent service quality and satisfaction.
Nezar served as a combat soldier in the IDF and quickly rose in rank to Lieutenant. He joined the Foreign Relations Department of COGAT unit and was promoted to commander in the IDF’s officers’ school. After his military service, Nezar joined the Israeli Aviation Security Division- became Senior Manager then was promoted to Deputy Chief of Security for Israeli Aviation at LAX.
Erik Avila
Executive Director of Global Security & Risk Operations
As the Executive Director of Global Security & Risk Operations at BSecure, Erik leads global security strategies, risk management initiatives, and crisis response efforts. His expertise includes developing intelligence-driven security frameworks that protect critical assets, personnel, and infrastructure from evolving threats. He also specializes in corporate security policy development, high-level protective operations, and strategic risk assessments.
Beyond his corporate leadership, Erik has advised and supported organizations across various industries—both domestically and internationally—helping them enhance operational resilience and navigate complex security challenges. His approach combines deep operational knowledge with a proactive, strategic mindset to ensure comprehensive security solutions.
Nora Kerek
Executive Assistant
Nora is the Executive Assistant at BSecure and plays a vital role in supporting the operational efficiency of the leadership team, serving as the right hand to the Vice President of Human Resources and Business Operations and the Director of Operations. Nora’s daily administrative support to the VP and Director, includes calendar management, meeting coordination, internal communications, assisting with recruitment logistics, employee documentation.
Eyal Shalem
East Coast Senior Manager
Eyal Shalem brings more than 20 years of senior security and national-security experience, including leadership positions with the Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet). As Security Director, he led a 100-person, 24/7 security force protecting a highly sensitive national-security facility and senior leadership, while overseeing advanced surveillance, anti-drone, biometric access, and command-and-control systems.
Since 2023, Eyal has served as a Senior Security Manager and Security Lead with EL AL Israel Airlines at Newark Liberty International Airport, where he manages a 60-person security team responsible for passenger screening, ground security, and in-flight protection. He oversees security for 11–15 weekly flights and coordinates complex operations with DHS, PAPD, NYPD, CBP, the Department of State, and airport leadership. Eyal has also led security operations for the Israeli Prime Minister’s aircraft during official U.S. visits, coordinating directly with the U.S. Secret Service, Department of State, Homeland Security, and military facilities. His background also includes nearly 15 years as a Senior Counter-Terrorism and Firearms Instructor with the Shin Bet, training special operations units, SWAT teams and Air Marshals.
Dima Nesterov
Global Consultant
Mr. Nesterov is an accomplished management professional with over 20 years of experience in managing security teams, developing customized security programs, executive protection and threat analysis. Dima worked as the Director of Security for the Consulate General of Israel in Los Angeles and the Embassy of Israel in Nigeria. In addition, he was a special agent in the Israeli Dignitary Protection Unit (Shin Bet) in Tel Aviv, Israel. Dima has 4+ years of experience as a Commissioned Officer of the IDF, Infantry Brigade and is a guru in security.
Daniel Partin
Projects Consultant for the US
and Latin America
Mr. Partin has been in the security field for over 30 years. He has extensive military and Israel Security Agency (ISA Shin Bet) training and has specialized in prevention since 1993. Mr. Partin worked for the Israeli Government as Chief of Security for Embassies and Airlines. He served in the military in an IDF special forces unit as a unit commander and graduated as an officer. He was a training officer at the IDF School of Combat and served as a reserve officer for many years in special units. Since 2006, Daniel has been running security companies in both the US and Mexico.
Imani Silverstein
Field Supervisor
Imani brings a wealth of expertise in high-stakes security and defense. A former member of an elite special forces unit in the IDF, Imani has extensive training in tactical response, strategic operations, and advanced self-defense techniques. His experience includes service as an armed guard at the U.S. Embassy in Tel Aviv, where he safeguarded personnel and assets in a high-security environment.
In addition to his military background, Imani has worked as a security officer in Los Angeles, covering Jewish facilities with heightened security needs, providing a robust protective presence. As a martial arts instructor, he has trained individuals of all ages, imparting skills in self-discipline, situational awareness, and self-defense, making him a well-rounded professional committed to the safety and development of his clients.
